What are the benefits of Fleet Fuel?

  • Earn discounts on every purchase!
  • Manage your account and track expenses through an online portal.
  • Unlimited number of cards.
  • Cards are PIN protected to ensure account security.

What can I purchase on my card?

  • Big Y Fleet Cards can only be used on fuel purchases at our Big Y Express locations.

What are the fuel discounts?

  • Save 10¢ per gallon at the pump on fuel purchases.
  • Monthly rebates are available to high volume customers purchasing over 4,000 gallons per month. These will be automatically put in your account each month if the threshold is met.

Are there fees to join or use Fleet Fuel?

  • No program fees* or interest! 
    *Fees will be charged if transactions are returned for insufficient funds. Transactions may take 2-3 business days to process.

How do I get a Fleet Fuel Card?

How long does it take to enroll in the Fleet Fuel Program?

  • After initial set up it can take up to three business days for your bank account to be verified to begin the final steps of enrollment. You will receive emails throughout the set up process outlining the next steps.

I’m having trouble using my card.

  • Speak with the account administrator at your company to ensure the credit limit has not been reached. If you are still having issues, Zipline can help at 1(800)211-1242.

How do I change my banking information?

  • Zipline can help at 1(800)211-1242. Or you can update this in your online portal.

I’d like to increase my credit limit on my account and/or a card.

  • You can request a credit limit increase through your online portal or email fleetfuel@bigy.com for assistance.

How do I add another card to my account?

  • Call Big Y at 413-504-6401 or email fleetfuel@bigy.com  and someone will assist you.

What do I do if I’ve lost my card?

  • You can log into your portal to deactivate any lost cards and call Big Y at 413-504-6401 or email fleetfuel@bigy.com for a replacement.

I am trying to enroll, but I get an error message saying to “Call Customer Service”. What number do I call?

  • Please call the Zipline helpline at 1(800)211-1242.

When enrolling, what do I enter in the “Referral Code” field?

  • If a Big Y Express location has referred you, please enter the 4 digit location number located on the back of the brochure. Otherwise, this field can be left blank.
